- Developer level in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ( CRM: Customer Relationship Management)
- Advanced user of Microsoft Software, Especially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
**Optional: Microsoft Project, SharePoint
- 5 years solid work experience in International Freight Forwarding Business
- fluent English speaking and writing
Job Descriptions:
- Task Team Leader support (Progress update, etc)
- CRM support ( Technical support, Data management, etc)
- CRM implementation and related sales activities support (Communicate with Oversea staff, etc)
