Job Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • At least 15-20 years of working experience in human resources and administrative management in sizable factory of China, preferably in electronic industry
  • Experience in listed company is a plus
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong & PRC Employment Ordinance, regional office experience preferred
  • Proven experience in ESG management, preferably in the electronic industry
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Effective people management skills particularly for interpersonal, communication and presentation techniques required
  • Well-organized ability with analytical, cautious and prudent mindset, and sensitive to figures required

Job Duties

  • Report to Deputy Chairman
  • Lead and oversee the Human Resources and Administration functions for the HR Department in Hong Kong , the HR Department in Overseas Branch Office, and the HR Department in China, Asia & Mexico Factories
  • Manage HR operations for a business with over 200 office employees and 4,000 factory workers across multiple regions
  • Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance across all regions
  • Participate in evaluating and enhancing the company's performance against Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria
  • Coordinate and track the implementation of the company's sustainability initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather environmental data
  • Develops the people strategy for the business unit ensuring alignment with business objectives, and the long term strategic vision of the organization
  • Collaborates with leadership teams to ensure HR & Admin strategies are align with organizational objectives
  • Oversee administrative policy and general administrative operation
