Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and execute the fundraising events
• Develop promotion plan and collaterals
• Co-ordinate with in-house designers for the arrangements of the events
• Liaise with production house and ensure the materials are delivered in a timely manner
• Provide on-site support and event logistics
• Keep track of event finances including check requests, invoicing, and reporting
• Prepare event reports, analyze the event’s successfulness and provide administrative support to the team

Requirements:

• Degree holder or tertiary educated in marketing, communications, business administration or related studies with at least 2 years of experience in organizing exhibitions or events
• A track record in PR, event marketing and management; fundraising or event agency background would be highly preferred
• Independent, good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with people of all levels
• Good computer skills (excel, adobe – Photoshop/illustrator/in-design)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
