Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate online fundraising campaigns and projects
• Develop stories from Oxfam’s poverty alleviation projects and creative writings, generating digital content 
• Update fundraising website content, formulate marketing plan and oversee its daily operation
• Coordinate search display marketing and search engine optimization
• Source and coordinate with vendors in promotions for fundraising campaigns via social media channels. 
• Evaluate performance, provide analytic insights on project effectiveness
• Work with the fundraising team on agency wide fundraising activities and take on additional assignments as requested by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years relevant working experience in fundraising or online sales and marketing
• Knowledge of social media or web design skills such as HTML 5, flash, Photoshop would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communications skills. Design and copy-writing experience would be an added advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision
