A foreign commercial banking group is seeking high calibre candidates to apply for the above post.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Assets and Liabilities of the bank in accordance with business development.
• Maintain official ratios in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain official limits in compliance with Head Office’s requirements.
• Manage the dealing activities in Foreign Exchange, Money Market Placement and Investment portfolio and ensure all activities are process in compliance with policy and procedures. 
• Provide pricing to enhance customer business in Foreign Exchange and other Treasury products.
• Manage to achieve profits assigned through the funding activities.
• Report to Assets and Liabilities Committee on the situation of the books and recommends strategy for management consideration.
• Prepare and update the relevant policies and procedures in relation to the Funding Unit.

Requirements 

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in Treasury, which includes dealing in Foreign Exchange, Money Market, investment in financial instruments and Assets and Liabilities management
• Excellent knowledge of Treasury products and risk management of Foreign Exchange, Interest Rates and Investment in Fixed Income
• Strong ability to communicate skillfully and effectively in both verbal/written forms
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to assume responsibility and accountability for decision making
• Ability to work well independently and in teams and interact effectively with all levels of Bank personnel and outside contacts
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Immediately available will be an advantage
