Job Characteristics:

• Non-KPI driven, above-market commission, flexible working hour
• Develop and enhance clients and candidates database and relationships
• End to end execution of job orders: understand requirements of the position, source candidates, present candidates to client, arrange interviews, negotiate offer and follow up
• Communicate with clients and candidates by phone, email, and in writing

Your Experience:

• Tertiary education
• At least 3 years relevant experience in recruitment services
• Strong communication and interpersonnel skills
• Proactive and independent
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
