Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial analysis and consolidated accounts and management reports for the Group
• Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecast and cash flow forecast
• Monitor financial control and assists in the set up/improvement of internal control/accounting systems of the Group
• Assist in interim and annual audits & tax report 
• Liaise with external auditor on annual audit and taxation matters 
• Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments if required 

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above; HKICPA or equivalent professional qualification
• At least 4-5 years BIG 4 auditing experiences; including 3-4 years of commercial accounting experience  
• All-rounded accounting experience from Listed Co. and PRC Background Company with property sector experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent command in written and spoken of English and Chinese (including of Mandarin)
