• Client: A large Engineering JV
• Position: Finance Transformation Manager
• Responsibilities: Reporting to Head of Finance and leading the transformation and related finance projects:-

• Design and execute finance transformation strategies to modernize operations and improve efficiency. Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement streamlined solutions for finance operations. Develop insightful financial models and reporting frameworks to enhance data-driven decision-making

• Lead the implementation of digital tools and automation, including ERP systems and predictive analytics. Ensure regulatory compliance and proactively manage financial risks during transformation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance transformation initiatives with company-wide goals. Train and mentor finance team members on new systems and processes to ensure smooth adoption.
