Job Description and Responsibilities

• Assist the CFO to supervise all financial management affairs
• Implement internal controls, ensure completeness and accuracy of all financial transactions
• Responsible for reviewing and preparing monthly and annual reports, including the mainland financial reports of headquarter
• Review and assist in the preparation of financial resources rules and financial return (FRR)
• Responsible for managing the company's overall budget, formulate annual plans , capital requirements, operating expense, and cash flows etc
• Liaison with banks, tax bureaus, lawyers, auditors and other regulatory agencies
• Contribute in strategic decision making and business strategies related to finance

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant hands-on finance experience in financial industry, preferably gained from a securities firm
• Knowledge in SFC Liquid Capital calculation and FRR Return is required
• Familiar with the preparation of financial reports in the mainland
• Familiar with HK accounting standards, securities and futures regulations and other related regulations
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferred
