Company Overview

Renaissance College is looking for a Finance & HR Officer to join the team. The Finance & HR Officer assists in all HR & Accounting aspects as well as other administrative tasks under the supervision of the HR & Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for  management, including handling deductions, following up outstanding payments with third partiesE-payment
  • Update and maintain the school’s fixed asset register
  • Perform annual asset count
  • Collect, reconcile, and record monies for fundraising activities
  • Liaise with departments and insurance companies for the insurance of local and overseas activities
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports e.g., P&L and AR control report in relation to shops, college-wide accounts, etc
  • Prepare payroll information for casual staff, including the preparation of timesheets and input of payroll records onto the Itimesheet
  • Assist in maintaining HR information of casual staff and non-staff member
  • Perform other duties as directed by the HR & Finance Manager/ Business Manager

Requirement

  • Tertiary education in Accounting or Finance
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel and Word
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Competent in using accounting software
  • Proficient with MS Excel and Word

Applicants must be a permanent Hong Kong resident or possess a valid visa to work in Hong Kong.
