You will be instrumental in shaping the company's financial strategy and performance. This role involves partnering with multiple key stakeholders in APAC to drive commercial finance initiatives and client engagement community for cohesive performance management, forecasting, and planning. Key responsibilities include developing financial strategies, utilizing insights of global operations and competitors benchmarking to enhance business performance, setting value-added targets, and leveraging KPIs to monitor and improve business outcomes.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 10-15 years of experience in a senior finance role, ideally in a regional/ global commercial setting with experience in investment appraisal and business case evaluation, Big 4 background is a plus
• Strong leadership skills with team management experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of global operations and market dynamics
• Ability to effectively challenge and influence senior stakeholders
• Occasional travelling is required
