Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repairs of medical devices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize equipment downtime.
• Provide training to clinical staff on device operation and safety protocols.
• Document service activities, parts usage, and compliance reports in accordance with ISO/FDA regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, R&D) to improve product reliability.
• Travel to customer sites (hospitals, clinics, labs) within [region/country] as required (up to 70% travel).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience servicing medical devices (e.g., MRI, ultrasound, infusion pumps).
• Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations (FDA, ISO 13485, CE Marking).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours.
• Preferred:OEM certification (e.g., GE, Siemens, Philips) or CRMEP certification.
