Company Overview
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in Property / Estate Management;
- At least 3 years’ managerial experience in property management, preferably in managing commercial properties;
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Hands-on experience in MS Office.
Job Duties:
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of the Headquarter;
- Monitor the progress of renovation and relocation projects;
- Supervise the operation of estate management and venue leasing;
- Prepare budget and tenders for maintenance and alteration works;
- Develop best practice and guidelines on maintenance and implementation of environmental protection;
- Assist in projects related to building management;
- Outdoor work is required;
- Need to work overtime;
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Working Hours:44 hours per week
Working location: Kwun Tong
Remarks: Applicants with less managerial experience will be considered as Assistant Facilities Manager.
