The Job

• Welcome and escort guests to assigned dining areas
• Manage reservations and monitor waiting lists
• Coordinate with service team about available seating options
• Create memorable guests experience, especially on different occasions (Wedding anniversary, Birthday, etc.)
• Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
• Assist service team when needed

The Person

• Experience of guest relations or F&B
• Excellent proficiency in Cantonese, Putonghua & English
• Computer literate including knowledge of Chinese input

Working Schedule

• The Lounge - straight shift duties, from 05:30am to 12:00pm
• Lung King Heen - Split shift, opening hours from 11:30am to 03:00pm and 06:00pm to 10:30pm
