Company Overview
Job Purpose:
- Provide executive supports to the management.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of office administration and secretarial in a small office environment;
- Handle a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, leave & attendance records, payroll, MPF administration and medical benefit etc.
- Perform secretarial support such as arranging Executive Directors’ personal and business matters and meeting arrangements; answer incoming calls and general enquiries for Executive Directors;
- Assist in handling the institute’s Board meetings and Annual General Meetings.
Requirements:
- A recognized degree or equivalent with formal secretarial training;
- Minimum 5 years of executive secretarial experience and office administration experience;
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing, leave and attendance record management, or recruitment a definite advantage;
- Proficiency in written & spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must);
- Stable working history;
- Cheerful, flexible, Able to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
