INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICE
The appointee is expected to provide administrative support to the Office’s activities and projects. Main duties include: a) provide secretarial support to the Director of Internal Audit; b) provide support to Committee and internal meetings; c) manage and maintain central filing system; d) provide full range of administrative support to the Office; e) prepare management reports and guidelines; f) assist in internal audit work; and g) perform other duties as assigned.
Applicants should possess a recognised first degree with at least five years of relevant experience. Knowledge of accounting and experience in handling sensitive and confidential information would be an advantage. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), and proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and Chinese word-processing are required. Good interpersonal and organisational skills are essential. They should also be self-motivated, meticulous, able to multitask, and have the ability to work independently and under pressure. Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for the post of Executive Assistant.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
