Monthly Salary Range: HK$20,705 - HK$43,350
Duties: The appointee will assist in managing the day-to-day operation of the Institute and its Secretariat, and supporting the marketing communications and event management of the Institute. He/She will 1) be responsible for supporting the Institute registry and secretariat functions in accordance with the School policy, 2) liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to develop and implement various marketing communications and promotional activities, 3) work out the marketing plan and budget for promotion, 4) write up, edit and proofread all promotional materials (e.g. brochure, eDM etc.) and newsletters, and perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ relevant working experience. They should be service-oriented, detail-minded, independent and able to work under pressure. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and supervisory skills, interpersonal and communication skills, excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and strong computer proficiency are required.
Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract.
