Company Overview
Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate with customers, warehouse team, operation team and transport control tower to ensure shipping orders are properly followed up
- Handle customer’s inquiries, orders tracing, claims, complaints
- Respond shipment enquiries to customers on a timely and effective manner
- Arrange cross border trucking with declaration agency on the special requirements or instructions from the Customer
- Escalate problems as per the escalation procedures
- Liaise with Customers for new services requirements and preparing the services quotation to close the commercial deal with the business development team
- Maintaining customer database, provide account servicing
- Carry out work performance according to given KPI, instruction / SOP
- Prepare reports if needed, including preparation of necessary documentation
- Assist in any special duties / projects as assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics or related disciplines
- 3 years relevant experience in handling customer correspondence / customer relations in Logistics field, perfectly with cross border trucking experiences
- Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills and problem solving and telephone handling skills
- A good team player with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Customer-oriented, proactive and well-organized and able to work under pressure
