THE COMPANY :
- European MNC forwarder and logistics service provider
- HK office : regional headquarters of Asia Pacific region
- Global : 180 offices
- We are looking for EXECUTIVE ASST – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to European Regional Financial Controller
- Provide full spectrum and all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to the Regional Finance Director
- Manage the calendar of senior management and arrange meeting schedules
- Human resources support such as working visa application
- Accounting duties such as book keeping, AR, AP and payroll, MPF
- Maintain license and certificate in HK/China
- Prepare reports to senior management
- Provide personal assistance to senior management
- Accomplish ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
- Degree in any disciplines
- Basic accounting studies is required
- 5+ years of relevant working experience supporting Senior management in sizable companies
- Experience in logistics or forwarder companies is an advantage but not a must
- Experience in English speaking environment is a big plus
- Good communications in English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- No trips required
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 days
