The University now invites application for the following position: 

Executive Assistant – Graduate School (Ref: EA (GS)(SRAU) 2025-04-17) 

Responsibilities:  

• assist in student visa applications;
• liaise with applicants and the Immigration Department; and
• perform general administrative duties of the Graduate School.

Applicants should: 

• possess a higher diploma or an associate degree qualification or above;
• have good computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
• have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• have good interpersonal and communication skills; and
• be organised, responsible, attentive to details and able to work independently.

The appointee is expected to assume duty in May 2025 and the employment is on a 5-month contract.  Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
