Executive Assistant (Ref. 250411017-IE)
Duties
The appointee will be required to:
(a) assist in providing administrative support to the planning and provision of courses meeting the General University Requirements;
(b) assist in preparing reports;
(c) assist in maintaining the office website and database system;
(d) assist in organising events and activities;
(e) provide administrative support to the Undergraduate Studies Support service;
(f) assist in liaising with internal and external parties; and
(g) perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Unit or his/her delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
(a) a recognised degree;
(b) relevant post-qualification working experience, preferably in tertiary institutions;
(c) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with fluency in Putonghua;
(d) good computer literacy especially in Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of database management and e-Learning being an advantage; and
(e) good interpersonal and communication skills.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for written and computer tests.
Conditions of Service
A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
