Requirements

• Degree holder

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in secretarial or admin field
• Experience in Banking and Finance industry is a plus
• Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide all-round secretarial and administrative support to the Director

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Provide office administration and clerical duties to the Company
• Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues and handle ad hoc projects independently
• Maintain the filing system and coordinate all related actions
