Company Overview
Responsibilities:
- Support the event team on programmes execution and logistics arrangement
- Handle various visitor promotion duties
- Provide clerical support, such as data entry, filing, compilation and consolidation of information
- Provide on-site logistics support during the exhibition/event period
- Answer enquiries from the public on event details
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Search for more information about the exhibits and the related photos for the Expo
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Proficiency in Chinese, English and fair in spoken Mandarin;
- Good communication skill, interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit;
- Self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and tight deadline;
- Working experience in programmes or event management for sizable organizations is an advantage
