• We are looking for ENGINEERING MANAGER - with details as follows :

• Lead Engineering team of 12-13 members in China factory
• Lead the Team in analyzing customer drawings, supporting, and executing RFQ (Request For Quotation) processes on time.
• Ensure familiarity with metal parts manufacturing, quality, and safety requirements and regulations.
• Manage NPI (New Product Introduction) for customers, ensuring alignment with schedule requirements
• Handle the introduction and development of new products and projects for European customers.
• Design, implement, and refine product development, testing, and manufacturing processes.
• Manage staff and assign tasks to engineering and technical personnel.
• Lead teams in developing new solutions and processes.
• Strive to improve process and product design efficiency, sustainability, and waste reduction.
• Ensure processes meet quality and safety compliance guidelines.
• Forge and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Substantial experience in mechanical parts.
• Project management skills.
• Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes.
• Data analytics skills and experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages simultaneously.
• Experience using computer-aided design (CAD) and other new product development software.
• Degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• Work based in Guangdong factory
