Job Duties:

• Monitor Network statistics
• Carry out drive test analysis and parameters tuning
• Carry out new site initial optimization
• Perform protocol level analysis and problem investigation
• Assist in feature study and to assist in developing tools for optimization
• Assist in performing zone based optimization

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical / Electronic/ Telecom or equivalent
• At least 2 year's working experience in Telecom industry is preferred
• Familiar with TEMS Investigation or other drive test tool is an advantage
• Good computer knowledge in MS Work, Excel and Access
• Good database knowledge or programming skill is an advantage
• Good communication skills and fluent in English & Cantonese
