• To monitor and supervise E&M project works;
• To plan and complete project on schedule and within budget;
• To prepare shop drawing submission and technical submission;
• To prepare the tender submission, project program and budget estimation;
• To coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering;
• 3 to 5 years' relevant working experiences in MVAC / Electrical fields;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinses;
• Strong communication and organization skills;
• Candidates with tendering experiences will be an advantage;
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Project Engineer;
