Main Purpose of the Job

Work under the Building Services team based in Hong Kong, to deliver professional consultancy and technical service as required in the fields of engineering design for electrical and ELV services installation for residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.

Job Description

• Provide support to the Senior Engineers, and assist in delivering small to medium-sized consulting services projects through clear strategy and proactive commitment.
• To coordinate with the internal engineers and the Client & Architect for the building services design and deliverable.
• To coordinate with the internal engineers and external consultants for the building services installation.
• To coordinate with the contractors and solve the site issues on site is required.
• To ensure the project is delivered in high quality which within the timeline and budget

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
• Proven track record with at least 3 years post experience with Building Services design consultant
• Experience with project management and/or on-site supervision 
• Good experience in site coordination
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin)
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite applications
