In charge of all administration and overall supervision of the works and liaise with client for the A/C maintenance contract.

Education Requirements:

a) A Degree / Higher Diploma in BS / Electrical / Mechanical / Air-conditioning Engineering issued by a recognized university or equivalent with at least eight(8) years' post-qualification experience in supervisory level in operation and maintenance of HVAC system; or

An Associate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in the BS / Electrical / Mechanical discipline with at least five(5) years' post-qualification experience in operation and maintenance of HVAC system; or

A membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in the BS / electrical / mechanical discipline with at least three(3) years' post-qualification experience in supervisory level in operation and maintenance of HVAC system; and

b) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
