Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and monitor funded youth programmes so as to achieve UNICEF HK’s goals and results for children; manage timeline, budget, proposal and report writing.
- Design and deliver training activities for youth and volunteers, and promote sustainable participation across various platforms of UNICEF HK.
- Develop and design training materials and guides for youth and volunteers.
- Maintain a good relationship with volunteers, school teachers, principals and partners.
- Assist in other advocacy and community engagement events as assigned by supervisor.
Requirement:
- University graduate with at least 2-3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in training and facilitation, youth development work and etc. Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will be considered as Assistant Education Officer.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proactive, creative, independent; able to work under pressure, long hours and on weekend.
- Immediate availability is preferred
