Description
The Ecommerce & CRM Manager will be responsible in leading the management and expansion of the existing ecommerce channels including own and third party platforms. You will be involved in creating the sales strategy and ensuring that the channel is reaching company targets and goals. You will be expanding the business by identifying new channels across Asia. This position will also be responsible for the design the revamp of their website and e-shop. This position will also be responsible in strategizing and developing their customer loyalty program. This position will work closely with internal teams across various projects.
Profile
The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in an e-commerce and CRM position within the FMCG industry. This person must have a strong business mindset, ability to achieve sales and has a proactive personality. The candidate must be a strong communication and have excellent leadership skills. English and Chinese are required for this position.
