• Client: A renowned Property Developer
• Position: Duty Technician (Mid/Night Shift) 技工 (中/夜更)
• Responsibilities: Routine inspection and maintenance of building services systems & building works for prime grade commercial & retail properties located in Central; Monitor the operation of building management systems; Carry out emergent maintenance in case of system breakdown;
• $25-28K. Medical. Bonus

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
• 3 years or above maintenance experience for building services systems and building works gained with property developer / management company for commercial & retail properties
• REW A(0) or above
• Able to work on shift
• Good communication skills
