The major responsibilities are: 

• Supervise, coach and manage a small team to drive donor service excellence
• Develop and implement standard operation procedures to enhance service standards, lower risks of donor attrition and smoothen daily operations
• Provide communications and trainings to ensure the team is kept informed of all activities related to the organisation
• Handle donors’ phone/ email/ mail/ walk-in enquires and complaints escalated by frontline staff
• Prepare monthly performance report and analysis
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required 

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 2 years’ proven experience as customer service supervisor or in a similar supervisory position
• Tertiary education preferred
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent proficiency in oral and written Chinese and English
• Knowledge of performance monitoring and evaluation
• Result-oriented and attentive to details
• Able to work independently but also a good team player
• Commitment to the aims and values of Médecins Sans Frontières
