Reporting directly to the Senior Donor Services Officer, the major responsibilities of this position are:

• Process and administer donation transactions in an accurate, timely and efficient manner
• Process regular monthly donations by credit cards
• Maintain donors’ records by updating donor database
• Handle donors’ enquiries and provides good quality donor care
• Coordinate and supervise office volunteers
• Render clerical and administrative support to the team

The Ideal Candidate

• DSE / Form 7 or above, with more than 1 year’s relevant working experience
  (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
• Experience in customer service is a must
• Customer orientation with good telephone manner and communication skills
• Solid experience in transaction processing and data handling
• Proficient in computer applications and extensive experience in MS Excel
• Proficient in both English and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Accurate and efficient; attentive to details
• Able to work independently but also a good team player
• Strong sense of responsibility and respect deadlines
• Commitment to the aims and values of Médecins Sans Frontières

Remuneration Package

The successful candidate will be offered a permanent contract. Fringe benefits include annual leaves, maternity subsidy, MPF, as well as medical, dental and life insurance. Salary will be commensurate with experience from the range of HKD 14,000 to HKD 20,000 per month.
