Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory (AAD), and Microsoft 365 (M365) services, including Copilot, Viva Suites, Power Platform, and Digital Workplace Infrastructure.
• Maintain and optimize Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., SharePoint Online, Viva Suites, Copilot) alongside AD/AAD-related services.
• Provide technical support for M365 and AD/AAD services, including resolving incidents, handling service requests, conducting root cause analyses, and executing impact analyses and change requests.
• Prepare and implement change plans, collaborate with other technical teams, and ensure smooth execution.
• Support Windows and Office 365 software upgrades, including preparation, testing, monitoring rollout progress, and assisting project-related activities.

Requirement Details:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology or equivalent
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience managing AD/AAD and M365 systems, ideally in complex environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, and endpoint management tools.
• Expertise in Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Strong understanding of AD, AAD, and M365 best practices.
• Proven track record in supporting large-scale IT infrastructure and endpoint management.
• Working experience in sizeable organization and enterprise/company will be an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
