Description

• Drive the initiation, mobilization, and execution of initiatives prioritized during the Strategic Planning cycle.
• Provide comprehensive, hands-on project management for assigned initiatives.
• Track and report program updates (e.g., progress, financials, risks, and issues) and present them in senior management forums (e.g., Project Steering Committee) and for PMO reporting.
• Oversee the vendor sourcing process, including RFP preparation, SoW preparation, review, and sign-off.
• Lead project managers/tech leads from vendors or offshore delivery teams to coordinate, mobilize, and execute with internal IT departments.
• Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation strategies promptly. Address identified issues with a focused approach to ensure timely resolution. Map out intra- and inter-project dependencies to assess risks and issues holistically.
• Manage the change management process to ensure project changes are handled properly and executed transparently.
• Manage a team, including outsourced/contract resources, to execute strategic initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all functional departments, including Business and IT.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business management, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in consulting, business operations, or project management within the technology sector.
• Hands-on expertise in cloud technologies, particularly Alibaba Cloud and Azure Cloud; certifications are a plus.
• Proven track record in managing IT application re-platforming and cloud adoption projects.
• Proactive candidate with a proven ability to anticipate and address challenges effectively.
