We are currently recruiting:
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation plan on network-wide digital initiatives with deliverables including survey analysis, compilation of presentation decks and content drafting
- Assist in the execution of digital initiatives including gathering user requirements, features and conducting user acceptance tests
- Communicate and liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of digital initiatives, as well as performing other administrative duties as assigned
- Assist in budgeting and performance evaluation including simple data cleansing of various digital initiatives
- Compile regular reports, arrange meetings and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or a related discipline
- A minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in various software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal, analytical and planning skills with ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn new domain knowledge for assisting in new projects, including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications
