Reporting to Communications Manager, the incumbent develops and implements approved PR projects with the aim to promote Orbis’s activities based on Orbis’s development objectives and communications plan. He or she should maintain an excellent information system for the Orbis development team and increase the presence of Orbis in the online world.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Devise and administer HK website, social media sites, intranet, e-newsletter and eDM campaigns. Provide regular reports and digital insights
• Support fundraisers to generate e-marketing promotions and campaigns and provide necessary data report
• Maintain Orbis resources center. Always provide up-to-date information, ranging from web analysis, press clippings, photos, patient stories and corporate data to creative artwork files
• Manage the assigned fundraising campaigns and events and act as project leader
• Assist Director, Communications and Communications Manager to devise online promotion strategies
• Provide ad hoc and coordinated support when required

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• University degree majoring in digital communications, marketing, journalism or other related disciplines
• 1-3 years of working experience in online journalism, digital creative house, PR marketing, communications or is preferred

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Creative in mind and passionate in digital learnings 
• High competence to develop messages through creative media formats
• Excellent in writing skills with strong visual and aesthetic senses
• A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on Video Editing, PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Knowledge of database management, programming languages (HTML, Javascript), Photoshop, FrontPage, Dreamweaver and other desktop publishing skills will be definite advantage
