About the Client
Our client, a well-established Fintech firm based in Hong Kong, aims to drive innovation within their business. To support their rapid expansion, they are seeking to hire a Digital Channel Lead - Fintech Strategy.
About the Role
Reporting to the CTO, you will architect, build, and scale secure, high-performance digital banking platforms that deliver seamless user experiences across web and mobile channels. You will drive technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and innovation while ensuring the platform meets the highest standards of security, scalability, and reliability required in financial services. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision for fintech product development to meet business objectives. You will also evaluate and integrate fintech-specific technologies (e.g., payment gateways, fraud detection, biometric authentication, blockchain) while driving the development of customer centric apps, web dashboards, UI/UX and digital channel roadmaps.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or related technical discipline
- Minimum 7+ years of digital and fintech product management experience
- Combination of business depth and technical savvy
- Experience working in a collaborative, agile, and data-driven environment
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape, technologies, disrupters, and best practices
- A strong understanding, working knowledge and appreciation for user centered design and digital user experience
- Digital native with an inherent interest in technology, innovation and business transformation
- Passionate about leveraging user generated data and third party data to create intelligent, software driven customer experiences.
- Analytically minded with a desire to be precise with decision making and demonstrated experience using analytics to drive decisioning and results
- Good command in English and Chinese
