Responsibilities:

• Design proposals and presentations development including concepts, floor plans, renderings, research, feasibility studies and sourcing

• Oversee project initiation, design, project scheduling, development, monitoring and execution, and ensure the project is completed to the highest standard

• Work with the team to develop innovative ideas and manage the full cycle of graphic and digital design projects

• Manage all project financials, feasibility studies, tendering and budget monitoring

• Work with both internal teams and external vendors and manage production time-line

• Day to day project management including but no limited to infrastructure teams, contractors and third party suppliers, budgets, planning, databases and client support

• Work with both internal teams and external vendors and manage production time-line

 Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Degree in Architecture, Construction, Interior Design or Project Management preferred

• 3-4 years work experience

• Candidate with more experience will be considered for Manager position

• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese a plus

• Proficient in design tools e.g. Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere

• Knowledge in digital design tools e.g. HTML and CSS is highly desirable

• AutoCAD, 3D Max and Rhino proficient

• Outdoor advertising experience is preferred but not a must

• Willing to go China
