Responsibilties : 

• Maintain the category's customer focus and be aware of how market trends are affecting the customer

• Support Design Manager with research from competitors and social media with regards to latest fashion trends

• Keep the vision and plan set and communicated by Design Manager

• Be involved and come with suggestions on new product types that should be tested this season

• Assist Design Manager in the seasonal planning process of assortment

• Support Design Manager in driving the product development forward - constantly on the lookout for the next BIG FASHION, QUALITY, SHAPE OR DETAIL - that will drive selling

• Create sketches based on the plan and need in the category
• Be aware of selling and come with new suggestion based on this
• Responsible for design cads are correctly updated and submitted on time
• Assist in fitting sessions to ensure great fit 

Requirements :

• High Diploma or above in Fashion Design or related discipline
• At least 5 years relevant experience in lingerie design field
• Strong sense in colour and casual wear market trends
• Self initiative, flexible with positive working attitude
• Good presentation skills and with creative and new ideas
• Proficient in Mac computer, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Fluency in English & Chinese
