• Prefer Master Degree in Management or Training with demonstrated skills in some Training Models
• At least 5 - 8 years’ high level experience in training of sizable organization and proven tracks of training skills with successful results
• Strong analytical ,communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Independent, innovative and result oriented
• Proactive, organized and attention-to-details
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Training Applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
