Company Overview
- Review and update the HR policies and procedures in line with the latest market HR practice
- With traced experience in policy writing, revamp of incentive programme, performance appraisal system, job evaluation and benchmarking etc
- Provide support on various compliance projects / audit work relating to HKMA, HKFI, MPFA and other relevant governmental and regulatory bodies
- Handle staff complaints in accordance with internal guidelines & regulatory requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 7 years of human resources or compliance experience, preferably in banking or financial industry
- Well versed with HR practice, labour and tax legislations of both Hong Kong and PRC
- Familiar with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority’s Supervisory Policy Manual will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong PC skills and proficient in MS Office applications
