Description
- Develop and implement demand planning strategies to accurately forecast customer demand.
- Manage logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in demand forecasting and inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to align demand and supply strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize replenishment processes to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Create and present reports on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and logistics performance to senior management.
- Utilize advanced data management tools and software to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, logistics management, or data management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and implement process improvements.
- Experience with demand planning software and ERP systems is a plus.
