Responsibilities:

• Assist to manage the bank’s fixed income investment portfolio and formulate investment strategies for achieving profit target
• Monitor the Bank’s cash flow, liquidity positions and interest rate risk according to preset guidelines and limits
• Carry out funding operations and provide services and support to different business units
• Undertake credit research for global financial and corporate credits
• Prepare written reports on market update, portfolio review and investment insights
• Conduct pre-/post-trade tasks and other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant experience in money market or capital market fixed income dealing, previous exposure to asset management is also preferable
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Bloomberg, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
