Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing technical support for Oracle databases
• Database design, installation, configuration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, patching, backup and restore
• Perform development using PL/SQL, Unix scripts or Java
• Perform system administration and monitoring on Unix, Linux and Wintel environment

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in database administration
• Holder of relevant professional certification is preferred
• Hands on experience in handling VLDB, performing database installation, backup & recovery and performance monitoring & tuning
• Knowledge of database products and HA solutions including RAC, Rman, DataGuard, GoldenGate, Exadata and Exalogic tools
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
