Job Duties:

• Monitor the Data Center facilities (Power, cooling, fire suppression, etc.) and support the preventive maintenance by vendors.
• Coordinate and escalate in Incident and Problem Management.
• Responsible for the data center access control on visitors and equipment movement.
• Perform regular patrol to maintain the center environment
• Helpdesk support and handle the user enquiry, request and problem in timely manner.
• Support tasks and activities for the operation like inventory checking, site maintenance, and report compiling.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• At least 2 years of working experience in Data Center operation
• 24 x 7 shift duties are required
• Less experience will also be considered
