Description
As the Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Customer Success to whom you report. Your primary responsibilities include building and sustaining relationships with existing customers and looking for new customers. As you are the core of customers loyalty, you will need to communicate regularly customers feedback and insights to all relevant team members in the company. You will also need to work closely with the sales team to drive sales growth in Hong Kong.
Profile
You must be a university degree or above holder with at least 5 years in customer service or key account management, preferably in telecommunication or data centres providers companies.
