• Assist users/citizens in understanding and using the kiosk by providing step-by-step guidance
• Customer services experience
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, patience, empathy, product knowledge, technical proficiency, teamwork, flexibility, and a polite, positive attitude

Requirements:

• Any customer service working experience is advantage
