Company Overview

The Job

  • To act as the shift-in charge to oversee the daily operation of the office tower, shopping mall and car park
  • To implement the access control duty via monitoring the activities of visitor, mechanics and delivery worker and also preventing any unauthorized access
  • To assist in the identification and implementation of training programs to sub-ordinates
  • To assist in setting up / reviewing procedures and guidelines for sub-ordinates to follow
  • To ensure the facilities (eg. CCTV systems, fire service systems) to ensure it is in good conditions at all times
  • Handling tenants and customers’ request, coordinates with other department


The Requirement

  • F.5 educated and possesses security permit and QAS
  • With 8 years security experience including 4 years of team head or above
  • Services oriented, self-discipline, initiative, good logic, substantial knowledge on supervision of staff, familiar with contemporary multi-function and administration of security services knowledge
  • Knowledge of commercial security and customer services
