Description

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints via emails, calls and live chats
• Identify and resolve customers' issues in a professional and polite manner
• Build and maintain relationships and trust with customers
• Follow guidelines provided by manager to ensure smooth daily operation

Profile

• Diploma holder or above
• Fresh graduated are welcome
• Experienced in banking industry will be an advantage
• Customer services experience is an advantage
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
